The Mud Slut was purchased as a bone stock 1993 Wrangler. It has since been leafed over and has had a shackle reversal. it is currently running a new set of 33 x 12.50 Mud King's and making them look small. Within the next month Danny is putting on a two inch body lift and a two and a half inch shackle lift kit for a grand total of just under ten inches of lift. Danny openly challenges anyone in the Metro Denver area to try to out-flex the Mud Slut.

CC Hill is located in between Parker and Castle Rock with access roads from both Parker Rd. and Founders Pky. CC Hill is roughly a half hour drive without traffic from the Denver Tech Center, and is the closest challenging location to soothe your off-road cravings. It's terrain is diverse in that it has technical trails for both stock and modified four wheel drives and it has numerous mud pits for the person who likes to get a little dirty. The deepest mud pit has been measured at just over 40 inches deep. To see the damage a pit that size can cause, see the Pictures of Danny's Jeep Wrangler that were taken at night. In short, CC Hill is close to town, easy to find, legal to play on, and has terrain for any type of four wheel drive, modified or not. Click here for directions to CC Hill

The quickest and easiest way to get to CC Hill from the north is is to go to Arapahoe Rd. and Parker Rd. Take Parker Rd. south for roughly ten miles. When you see a sign on the right shoulder stating that Parker Rd. is now Colorado 83, you are getting close. After the aforementioned sign, take your first right with a street sign. It will be a dirt road with a gradual downhill slope with a devided bridge at the bottom of the hill. Stay straight on this road for roughly two and a half miles and be looking on the right hand side of the road. You will see several large hills with rocky, off camber trails running up them in all directions.

The quickest and easiest way to get to CC Hill from the south is to take I-25 to Founders Pky. in Castle Rock (the exit with all of the factory outlets) Head east on Founders Pky. for roughly two miles. Around two miles you will cross between a spot in the road where the road is cut lower than the surrounding land and there are cement barriers along each shoulder protecting the road from rock slides. Take your first left after passing through these barriers. The road will wind around for roughly three miles and then you will be able to see CC Hill on your left hand side.

It is highly recommended to visit CC Hill for the first few times during the day until you become more familiar with the terrain. Taken for the first few times at night can be extremely dangerous as there are extremely deep ruts and large rocks that become nearly invisible at night which are easily spotted during the day. Remember, never travel alone, treat the trails and the environment with the same respect you give your own truck, and have fun.

Off-Roading Rule #1: Never get yourself into anything that you can't get yourself out of.
